24-Hour Residential Care
Croí Healthcare provides 24-hour therapeutic residential care in a safe, nurturing and home-like environment for young people aged 12–18. Our experienced, trauma-informed team offers consistent care, guidance and support tailored to each young person's individual needs, helping them build confidence, resilience and independence while feeling safe, respected and valued.
Individual Care Planning
We believe every young person deserves care that is tailored to their unique needs. Our personalised care plans are developed in partnership with each young person and are regularly reviewed to support their emotional wellbeing, education, independence and personal development while helping them achieve their individual goals.
Emotional and Behavioural Support
Our experienced, trauma-informed team provides compassionate emotional and behavioural support tailored to the individual needs of every young person. Through positive relationships, therapeutic interventions and consistent guidance, we help young people develop healthy coping strategies, build resilience, manage emotions and behaviours, and achieve positive outcomes in a safe, nurturing home environment.
Education and School Engagement
We are committed to supporting every young person's educational journey. Our team works closely with schools, training providers and relevant professionals to promote school attendance, educational achievement and personal development, ensuring each young person has the support they need to reach their full potential.
Health and Wellbeing
We promote the physical, emotional and mental wellbeing of every young person through healthy routines, recreational activities and access to appropriate healthcare and therapeutic supports where required.
Life Skills Development
We prepare young people for adulthood by helping them develop the practical skills and confidence needed for independent living. This includes cooking, budgeting, household management, personal care, communication, problem-solving, decision-making, employment readiness and community participation.
